1. Promotion is applicable to POEMS account holders who executes at least 5 cash trades on Exchange Traded Funds (ETF) listed on Singapore Exchange (SGX) from 23rd February to 30th April 2009. The value of each of the 5 trades has to be greater than SGD10,000.
2. The first 100 clients who submit 5 ETFs trades or more will be entitled to the $30 shopping voucher.
3. Not applicable to Staff, Joint and Corporate account holders
4. Each client is only entitled to one voucher.
5. PSPL will be sending the redemption letter for the $30 Robinsons Voucher to all qualified customers by May 2009. The letter shall deem to have been received. PSPL shall not be responsible for any mail delivery failure, mail rejection, defaced, torn, lost, stolen and misplaced mail notifications.
6. Multiple trades done within the same day for the same counter, belonging to same action and trade type will be amalgamated as ONE trade done.
7. PSPL’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion is final and binding on allparticipants.
8. PSPL may at its sole discretion at any time substitute or replace with any other items of similar value.
9. All employees of PSPL and its associated entities, PSPL and all its subsidiaries (direct or indirect) and their immediate families (e.g. spouse and children) are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
10. In the event of a dispute over the client’s eligibility to participate in this promotion, PSPL decision will be final.
11. Notwithstanding anything herein contained, PSPL reserves the right at any time in its absolute discrete to (i) amend, add and / or delete any time of these Terms and Conditions without prior notification (including eligibility and qualifying terms and criteria), and all participants shall be bound by such amendments, additions and / or deletions when effected, or (ii) vary, withdraw, or cancel any items or the promotion without having to disclose a reason there of and without any compensation or payment whatsoever. PSPL decision on all matters relating to the promotion shall be final and binding on all participants.
