Important Notes

· Each Customer holding either Cash Plus, Cash Management, Margin, Prepaid, Custodian or Share Financing Account may redeem up to S$25 worth of Shopee vouchers per month.

· The voucher is not refundable or exchangeable for cash.

· The voucher will be sent to your email address (registered to your POEMS Account) within the next 10 working days (from the date of redemption).

· IMPORTANT: Please ensure that the email address registered to your POEMS Account is accurate as there will be no re-issuance of voucher or refund allowed in instances where you have used an incorrect email address. 

Frequently Asked Questions

· Why am I unable to redeem the Shopee Vouchers?

This can happen due to one of the following three reasons:

1. As each Customer can only redeem S$10 and S$15 Shopee vouchers (total S$25 Shopee vouchers) per month, you may have hit the maximum redemption value for the month.

2. You have insufficient reward points for redemption.

3. You are using a Cash Trading Account. You may want to convert to a Cash Management Account to enjoy this reward.

· Why have I not received my Shopee vouchers?

The voucher code will be sent to your email address (registered to your POEMS account) within the next 10 working days (from the date of redemption). If you have yet to receive the voucher after 10 working days, kindly check your junk or spam folder.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure that the email address registered to your POEMS Account is accurate as there will be no re-issuance of voucher or refund allowed in instances where you have used an incorrect email address.

Terms & Conditions

1. Each Customer holding either Cash Plus, Cash Management, Margin, Prepaid, Custodian or Share Financing Account may redeem up to S$25 worth of Shopee vouchers per month.

2. Enjoy S$10/S$15 off your order with no minimum spending.

3. The voucher is issued by Shopee in the form of an e-voucher code.

4. Voucher is valid till 2 May 2023, 23:59 (thereafter referred to as “Redemption Period”)

5. The voucher is not refundable or exchangeable for cash.

6. The voucher cannot be replaced if lost, damaged or expired.

7. Promotion is open to all new and existing Shopee customers

8. Each unique voucher code is applicable for single use and cannot be combined with other codes and promotions.

9. Not valid for products in “Miscellaneous” and “Dining, Travel and Services” categories and sgpaidds/sgsellersolutions store

10. Shopee reserves the right to change these T&Cs without prior notice

11. Shopee reserves the right to cancel suspicious orders without prior notice

12. Voucher does not apply/cover shipping fees

13. Strictly no extension of the Redemption Period is allowed

14. Any Vouchers that have not been redeemed by the end of the Redemption Period shall be forfeited automatically and will not be refunded.

15. Phillip Securities Pte Ltd (“PSPL”) reserves the right at any time in its absolute discretion to (i) amend, add to, and/or delete at any time of these Terms & Conditions without prior notice (including eligibility and qualifying terms and criteria), and all Customers shall be bound by such amendments, additions and/or deletions when effected, or to (ii) vary, withdraw, and/or cancel any items or the promotion itself without having to disclose a reason, and without any compensation or payment whatsoever. PSPL’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion are final and binding on all Customers.

16. PSPL and its affiliates and their respective employees and agents shall not be liable to any person for any loss, damage, injury, costs or expenses incurred, suffered, borne or arising from this promotion.
